Sisters Keri Gall and Lori Sampaio grew up in Kailua on the island of O'ahu. They come from a large, local ‘ohana – an upbringing that encouraged lots of love, laughter, support, and fun! This upbringing and ‘ohana always seemed to include pets. Keri and Lori understand that your pet is also an important part of your family. They have created 2 Sisters Pet Sitters in order to help pet owners care for their pets, while still meeting the obligations of their every day lives. Keri
Keri Gall has had a life-long love for animals. She was the little sister who always brought home a new animal that she rescued and insisted that she keep it as her personal pet. She has continued her passion for animals throughout her career. Keri has been doing in-home pet sitting since she was 15 years old (this included the personal care of a Doberman pincher that outweighed her by 20 pounds!). She was a Veterinarian Technician for 12 years, where she gained vast experience in caring for animals' medical needs. Keri also ran a horse ranch in Waimanalo for 9 years, increasing her people (and animal) management experience. In addition to animals, Keri loves exercising (she's a red belt in Martial Arts!), outdoor adventures, and, of course, her family. Keri is married to Rob, a City and County Lifeguard, and they have two children, Kela and Kilia.
Lori
Lori Sampaio, the big sister, was always the practical sibling who loved the animals Keri brought home, yet rationally explained to Keri that she couldn't keep them as pets! Lori had no choice but to love animals since she seemed to be surrounded by them. She also shared her passion with animals by providing in-home care for domestic pets for over a decade. In addition to her caring nature, Lori also brings strong business knowledge to the 2 Sisters team. She worked for the Bank of Hawaii for 12 years, gaining strong financial management ability; and she worked another 12 years for Aloha Airlines, further sharpening her customer service skills. Lori has two children, Kimo and Miki. |
